I’m not good at cooking that much but I like baking bagels. Do you like bagels? Then, try this recipe. It’s amazingly easy!
First of all, get 250g of flour, 3g of dry yeast, 5g of salt, 10g of olive oil and 160cc of 50 degrees c water.
Second, mix the ingredients except the honey and pat them well until the surface becomes smooth.
Third, put the dough into a container, cover with wrap and wait until it becomes 2 or 3 times bigger.
Then divide the dough into 4 pieces and form them into circle and make a hole in the middle with your finger.
After that, set them aside for 20 min. During those 20 min, boil a pot of water and add 1 tablespoon of honey into the pot. At the same time, preheat the oven to 190 degrees c.
After the 20 min, boil the ring shaped dough for one minute and turn them over and boil them one more minute.
Finally, bake them in the oven for 15 minutes.
Isn’t it easy?
